Winter means truffles and it also marks the return of the always popular and highly anticipated Black Diamond Dinner at Bishop Sessa.
A 5 course menu featuring local black Perigord truffles (black diamonds) from our friends at Stonebarn Truffles in Western Australia matched to local and imported wines.
The Black Diamond Dinner celebrates the pungent supergloriousness (a real word) of those sexy fungi.

Kangaroo tartare, salted egg, herbs, pickles, kelp & truffle mayonnaise
Bermagui Dory, house made bacon, mushroom, onion, truffle & red wine reduction
Slow cooked pork cutlet, burnt bone, bacon, calamari & truffle lasagna
Blood orange, black sesame, chocolate, truffle
This is a hosted shared-table event beginning at 7pm sharp
