For a while it was the whipping boy of every winemaker intent on beating it into submission with oak paddles amongst other tortures. Yet, noble variety that it is, Chardonnay has come through the ordeal a better, leaner more confident variety. It’s clear to us that anyone still espousing the Anything But Chardonnay school of wine drinking is probably still sporting Rachel’s haircut from Friends and listening to the Spice Girls.

So join us for this sly poke at the naysayers who have forgotten how great Chardonnay can be. Matched, of course, to Chef Paul Coopers original and wine friendly food.
